If He’s Right, I’ll Never Live It Down: My Husband Swears This One Simple Thing Changes Everything

I’m kicking off something new — and I want to bring you along for the ride.

A few years ago, I was in my best shape. At the time, I thought it was because I was eating clean and working out hard. But my husband noticed something I didn’t: back then, there was a small daily rhythm in my routine that I don’t do anymore.

He swears that was the real key. He even dug up science and history to prove it (yes, he went full nerd on me). And now he’s already smirking, waiting for me to admit he’s right. I’m not giving him that satisfaction… yet.

So… I’m running an experiment.

For the next 21 days, I’m not changing my food. I’m not changing my workouts. I’m only bringing back this one simple principle he says makes all the difference — plus a couple tiny tweaks.
