The Shift I Didn’t Plan… But Needed
If you’ve been with me for a while, you know MINTFit has always been about real life. No perfect routines. No elaborate meal prep. No gym marathons. Just sustainable, smart habits layered into the chaos of being a modern woman.
But this past year – especially this summer – made me step back and look at where MINTFit is heading.
It’s not changing.
It’s clarifying.
Because I’m still here coaching, programming, writing, and guiding women. But I’m also living the same life you are: parenting, working full-time, feeding athletes, juggling schedules, and trying to take care of myself in the process.
Somewhere in the middle of all that, something became clearer than ever:
This is where MINTFit belongs. In real life, not outside of it.
The Reality Behind MINTFit
Waking up early for work.
Packing lunches.
Managing sports calendars.
Long weekends at bike races.
Late dinners.
Quick workouts squeezed in before school drop-off or after practice.
Choosing meals that actually fuel my family.
Trying not to feel last on my own priority list.
This is my life.
And I know it’s yours too.
MINTFit doesn’t sit separate from that.
It lives inside it.
What You Don’t See Online
The consistency you see today didn’t happen by accident.
There was a time when I felt behind. When I felt frustrated with my body and my lack of time. When I wanted to feel strong again but couldn’t figure out how to make it all fit.
So I built a system.
Small habits.
Simple decisions.
Clear priorities.
Structure that actually works.
That structure is the backbone of my life now — and it’s what women come to me for.
Because if I can build this in the middle of real life, you absolutely can too.
The Structure Behind the Lifestyle
Nothing I do is accidental.
Every piece of my routine has a purpose.
There is a method behind how I eat, move, and stay consistent — a method built for women who don’t have extra hours to waste.
It’s the same structure I teach inside MINTFit.
Women come in overwhelmed, tired, frustrated, and stuck.
Within a few weeks, they feel:
• more in control
• more consistent
• stronger
• less overwhelmed by food
• more confident in their routines
• like they finally have a path forward
Not because they magically had more time.
Because their system finally matched their life.
What This Shift Really Means
I’m not stepping away from my business.
I’m stepping deeper into it.
I’m merging my personal life and my business because the truth is, they fuel each other. The meals I make, the workouts I squeeze in, the routines we live by — these are not distractions. They are the foundation.
And that’s exactly what I want to teach.
I want the 37-year-old mom who feels like she has no time to look at me and think:
If she can make this work inside her real life, maybe I can too.
Because you can.
If You Want This Too
If you want the structure that makes consistency possible — even with kids, work, and zero extra time — my next 21 day reset begins soon.
You don’t need more time.
You need the right plan.
